Job summary

Volvo Group in Warwick, UK, invites applications for a Warranty, Partner Support & Compliance Specialist to oversee warranty and contract claims from Business Partners, manage product registration and campaign activity, and ensure compliance with dealer standards across the UK & Ireland.

You will coordinate user access to business systems, deliver training, perform audits and provide data-driven insights, while travelling occasionally to Sweden for forums and training.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of products and equipment, with experience in a relevant industrial or technical environment.
• Experience in warranty, aftersales, claims, customer support or Business Partner support
• Strong Excel and reporting skills, with experience producing and analysing data
• Experience supporting users with business systems, including user access, system setup or training
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering training and presenting information to Business Partners and internal teams
• Experience conducting audits, reviewing compliance and following up on actions with customers, dealers or partners

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of warranty and contract claims, providing guidance to Business Partners and supporting effective claim resolution
• Oversee product registration and campaign activity, including reporting, completion tracking and follow-up
• Coordinate Business Partner system access, including registering new users, maintaining access and supporting system setup
• Deliver training and presentations to Business Partners and internal teams on warranty processes and relevant business applications
• Carry out audits across dealers, Business Partners and OEM customers, reviewing claims, dealer operating standards and Business Partner requirements
• Report on Business Partner compliance and work with partners to address actions and maintain required standards
• Visit dealers and OEM customers across the UK, with occasional travel to Sweden for forums and training
