Job summary

Volvo Group in Warwick, UK, is seeking a Warranty, Partner Support & Compliance Specialist to manage warranty and contract claims for Business Partners, oversee product registrations, and drive compliance with dealer standards. The role involves system access coordination and delivering training across Partners and internal teams.

You will travel within the UK and occasionally to Sweden for forums and training, reporting to the Director, Service Market UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment or industrial/technical environments.
• Experience in warranty, aftersales, claims, customer support or Partner support.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; able to analyse data.
• Experience supporting users with business systems, including user access and training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to train and present to Partners and internal teams.
• Experience conducting audits and following up on actions with customers, dealers or partners.
• HND or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Valid full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of warranty and contract claims and guide Partners to resolution.
• Oversee product registration and campaign activity, with reporting and tracking.
• Coordinate Business Partner system access and setup.
• Deliver training and presentations on warranty processes and business applications.
• Carry out audits across dealers, Partners and OEM customers and review standards.
• Report on Partner compliance and address actions to maintain standards.
• Visit dealers and OEM customers across the UK with occasional travel to Sweden for forums and training.
