Job summary

MSX International in Bracknell, UK, seeks a Warranty Support Specialist to act as the focal point for warranty activities in the UK market, providing proactive support at market and dealer level. You will manage live claims across CAR, Motorcycle and Power Product, support front line enquiries by phone and email, and work with retailers/dealers to reduce warranty costs.

Hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home; permanent contract, 40 hours per week, join an experienced team

Qualifications

• Experience in a Warranty role or similar.
• Dealer or OEM warranty background advantageous.
• Customer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process live claims for the UK market (CAR, Motorcycle, Power Product).
• Provide front line warranty support to retailers/dealers by phone and email.
• Support improvements in warranty operations and policy changes.
• Liaise with retailer/dealer personnel and highlight issues to management.
• Work with the UK Programme Manager to share best practices.
