Job summary

Owen Daniels in Gloucester is seeking a Customer Quality & Warranty Manager to lead customer complaints, warranty claims and product quality. The role focuses on root cause investigations and CAPA to prevent recurrences, while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, service and supply chain teams.

The successful candidate will analyse warranty trends and KPIs, driving continuous improvement and cost control across the warranty lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing or engineering.
• Background in Customer Quality, Warranty, Quality Assurance or Product Quality.
• Strong experience with root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, production and customer service teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints, product failures and warranty claims through to resolution.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement effective CAPA and corrective actions.
• Analyse warranty trends, field failures and complaints to identify recurring issues.
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and Supply Chain teams to improve product reliability.
• Monitor warranty costs, quality KPIs and cost of poor quality, driving continuous improvement.
