Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a Field Warranty Engineer to join our team in Gloucester. You will visit customer sites, diagnose faults on pumping systems, and carry out warranty repairs with safety at the forefront. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, the ability to read drawings, and excellent customer service.

Working hours are 7:30 am – 4:30 pm Mon–Thu and 7:30 am – 12:30 pm Fri, with UK driving duties involved and a focus on efficient, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Warranty Engineer.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience with pumps and water industry equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to investigate and resolve warranty issues.
• Diagnose faults on pumping systems and equipment.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance.
• Commission and test pumping stations and control equipment.
• Produce detailed warranty reports.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers.
• Liaise with internal departments on warranty claims.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment.
