Job summary

Bower Care Home in Linlithgow (Care Concern Group) is seeking an Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff. You will manage enquiries, greet guests and support day-to-day admin tasks, helping maintain organised systems and a smooth running of the home.

You will work closely with the Business Administrator and management team to deliver a responsive, professional and well organised service in this frontline role.
