Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is hiring a warm and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors. You will help maintain a welcoming front-of-house atmosphere and support administrative tasks across the home.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception and working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist the Business Administrator with administrative tasks and support the Customer Relationship Manager with sales enquiries and home tours.
• Manage mail and ensure post is delivered promptly daily.
• Coordinate training within the home to keep the team up to date.
