Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Runcorn is hiring a Training & Resourcing Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on leading site training, developing a team of Operational Trainers, and coordinating recruitment plans with the Resourcing Team to support onboarding and future staffing needs.

The position requires experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing environment, with strong stakeholder management and an emphasis on continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing.
• Experience leading or coordinating training activities.
• Recruitment, resourcing, or workforce planning experience is desirable.
• E-commerce fulfilment experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across operational and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site training activities, ensuring colleagues remain compliant with mandatory, refresher, and operational training requirements.
• Manage and develop a team of Operational Trainers, driving a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Work closely with the Resourcing Team, agencies, and operational stakeholders to deliver recruitment plans and support onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain annual training plans, training schedules, and performance reports to meet business needs and compliance standards.
• Partner with operational and senior leadership teams to identify future recruitment and training requirements, providing guidance and support across the site.
