Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Skelmersdale is seeking an experienced First Line Manager for a 6 month fixed term contract or secondment. You will lead a new customer operation, embed new ways of working and build a high-performing team, with full training and support provided.

The role requires people management or operational leadership experience, the ability to adapt quickly to change, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Contract Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract or Secondment (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00, rotating or fixed
Location: Skelmersdale

New customer. New operation. Exciting opportunity. We're looking for an experienced First Line Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract, playing a key role in the implementation and launch of an exciting new customer operation.

You'll join at a pivotal time, helping to build the operation from the ground up, embed new ways of working and create an engaged, high-performing team. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, leading through change and having the opportunity to make your mark, this is a fantastic chance to gain valuable implementation experience. Full training and support will be provided to help you get up to speed with the operation, customer and relevant systems.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
