Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Bury is seeking a Warehouse Shift Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation. You will own daily warehouse activities, coach managers, and drive safety, performance, and service excellence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record of managing large teams, and a focus on continuous improvement. The site operates 4 on/4 off days (6am–6pm), with a competitive pay rate and pension benefits.

Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off Days (6am-6pm)
