Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Training Coordinator in Corby to manage Learning & Development queries across the business unit. You will deliver mandatory training, inductions, and site tours while scheduling courses, venues, and materials and reporting on activity.

The role supports L&D objectives and requires strong admin and communication skills. Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, you will liaise with external contractors, maintain records, and ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-moving distribution/warehouse environments.
• Experience with several systems and training activities.
• Strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage high-volume administration.
• Experience recording and reporting L&D activities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support training and professional development activities.
• Provide administration and coordination support for training activities.
• Support the education and development of future designs to fit new business ventures and best practices.
• Communicate learning goals, vision and integrations across teams.
• Continuously review and improve system processes and content.
• Source and work with external vendors for content resources.
• Ensure quality systems are followed at all times.
• Provide daily tactical support at all times.
• Complete traceability of records and timely documentation within the remit of your role.
