Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Training Coordinator in the United Kingdom to manage learning and development queries, inductions, and course scheduling across the business unit. You will liaise with contractors and deliver mandatory training. Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday.

You will coordinate resources, maintain records and work with external vendors to create content while ensuring quality standards. You will require strong administration, MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a fast-moving distribution/logistics/ warehouse environment.
• Experience working with several systems and training business activities.
• Good presentation skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to priortise and manage high volume administration tasks
• Working knowledge of recording, maintaining and reporting on L&D activities (including updating skill matrix to fit current and future business requirements)
• Training Systems knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Someone who is self-driven with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead and support training and other professional development activities.
• Provide administration and coordination support for all training activities.
• Support the education and development of current and propose future designs to suit new business ventures, ‘best practice’ processes, and techniques.
• Communicate with the company, and individual teams, to keep them informed of the online learning goals, vision, objectives, and integrations.
• Continuously review and improve system processes and content.
• Source and work closely with appropriate external vendors to ensure efficient creation of content resources.
• Ensure quality systems are followed at all times.
• Provide daily tactical support at all times.
• Complete all traceability of records through accurate and timely completion of all documentation within the remit of your role.
