GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for our Adidas operation at Marston Gate on the PM shift.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will lead and support a team to meet safety, quality, productivity and customer service targets, while shaping a positive culture and coaching colleagues. This hands-on leadership role requires excellent communication, proactive planning and the ability to drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to engage colleagues at all levels.
• Organised, proactive leader who can work under pressure and make decisions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team to achieve operational KPI, quality and productivity targets.
• Manage daily workload allocation, resource planning and priorities to meet customer requirements.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with site procedures and standards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and improve team performance.

Here at GXO, we're looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Adidas operation at Marston Gate on the PM shift. This is a full time, permanent position working Sunday to Thursday 14:00 - 22:00, We're looking to offer a salary of up to £32,304.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
