Job summary

GXO Logistics at Avonmouth seeks four Warehouse Team Leaders (nights) to lead from the front, supporting the Shift Manager and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

This full-time, permanent role runs on a 4 on 3 off rotating shift (19:00 - 05:30) with a salary of £40,000 per year and 20–28 days of leave, including bank holidays. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

We are looking for four Warehouse Team Leaders (nights) to join our GXO Supply Chain operation at our Avonmouth site. You'll lead from the front, supporting the Shift Manager and ensuring operational activities run safely, efficiently, and in line with service expectations.

This is a full time, permanent position, working a 4 on 3 off rotating shift, Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Sunday, 19:00 - 05:30.

We're looking to offer a salary from of £40,000.00 per annum and 20 to 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays shift dependant.
