Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to coordinate and monitor warehouse activities, ensuring timely receiving, packing, and dispatch while maintaining inventory accuracy. You will guide staff, set daily priorities, and drive performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role focuses on leading a team, optimizing workflows, and maintaining safety and quality standards across warehouse operations.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Workflow Lead, coordinate, and monitor the activities of warehouse staff.
• Allocate tasks, set daily priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, loading, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and inventory through regular checks and cycle counts.

Team Leadership & Development

• Motivate and guide team members to achieve performance targets.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and participate in performance reviews.
• Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive work culture.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce health and safety policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Report and investigate incidents, near misses, or safety concerns.

Administration & Reporting

• Assist with shift planning, resource allocation, and attendance tracking.
• Monitor KPIs such as accuracy, productivity, and order turnaround times.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, workflow performance, and operational issues.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, drivers, and other departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in a team-leading capacity.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and equipment.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer tools.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
