Overview

Menzies Distribution Solutions Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader for our Corby, NN17 location. The role involves leading warehouse operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in tasks such as picking, packing, dispatching, and inventory management. The position also requires flexibility to manage office duties and possess a broad warehouse knowledge.

Details

• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Rotating weekly shifts 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
• Monthly Pay: [Specify range if available]
• Onsite Parking

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Manage deliveries, stock receipt, and paperwork
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders efficiently
• Load trailers and organize warehouse stock
• Perform manual handling tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse
• Conduct stock checks and quality assurance

Qualifications & Experience
