What you’ll do on a typical day:

1. Lead your team in a fast-paced picking operation.
2. Support with all 1-2-1 meetings and appraisals.
3. Assist the shift manager in engaging with the team and reacting to varying inbound workloads.
4. Lead the team on health & safety, ensuring good working practices, and maintaining full compliance of operational processes while keeping your team safe.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

1. The confidence to challenge the norm and share best practices throughout our team at the site.
2. Flexibility to support the team and shift manager, possibly working extra hours.
3. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
