Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy warehouse in Luton. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, with a temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeks.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained, encouraging near-miss reporting and implementing preventative measures.
• Oversee daily operations including picking, checking, packing, and dispatching products, ensuring stock integrity and damage prevention.
• Delegate tasks and monitor team performance regularly.
• Promote a 'One Team' culture through positive leadership.
• Conduct daily team briefings, 1-2-1s, PDRs, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company values and escalate concerns when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of team management experience in a warehouse setting.
• At least 5 years of warehouse experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in agile environments with flexible staffing needs.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on team development and succession planning.
