WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER

FULL TIME POSITION - 40 HOURS PW

Please note this role will be focused on leading the dispatch team. It is based on working hours between 2pm and 10pm.

Are you passionate about creating joy for your customers? We are looking for a warehouse team leader to join our warehouse in Nottingham. You’ll work with your team to achieve fast delivery times and create joy for our customers.

What can you expect from the role?

Support and develop your team, ensuring on-time, in-full deliveries to provide joy for our customers. You’ll be involved in shaping our success through continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to build new processes and ways of working, aligning with our vision of creating joy in every step of our journey.

The warehouse is busy, with nearly 600 stores and an ecommerce site. You’ll champion health and safety, keeping colleagues safe and fostering a joyful environment.

About you
