Job summary

GSF Car Parts is looking for a Warehouse Controller to lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and ensure stock can deliver the sales budgets while the warehouse runs smoothly. You will drive the efficiency of Goods In, Goods Out, Returns and Stock Control with a focus on accuracy and safe, timely operations.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to develop the warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading warehouse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities to coordinate multiple processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Goods In, Goods Out, Returns and Stock Control for smooth operation.
• Assign duties, monitor performance and maintain a positive team environment.
• Coordinate picking and loading for timely customer deliveries.
• Ensure stock quantities match the computer records and take corrective action as needed.
• Support the branch manager with holidays, sickness cover, weekly planning and driver coordination.
