Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a Warehouse Controller in the UK to lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and ensure stock supports sales budgets. You will oversee Goods In/Out, Returns and Stock Control, optimise picking and loading for on-time deliveries, and collaborate with the branch manager on holiday cover and weekly planning.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a warehouse, ideally in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities; stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Warehouse Operatives team and ensure smooth operation of Goods In/Out, Returns and Stock Control.
• Oversee picking and loading to ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Check stock quantities against computer systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Support branch manager with holidays/sickness cover and weekly planning.
• Create a positive environment where employees can reach their potential.
