Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a Warehouse Controller to lead a busy team and ensure stock flow supports sales budgets. You will manage goods in/out, stock control, and customer deliveries while maintaining a positive environment that enables staff to reach their potential.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, plus the ability to stay calm under pressure and focus on customer service and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives.
• Oversee Goods In, Goods Out, Returns and Stock Control to meet budgets.
• Accurately pick and load vans for timely deliveries.
• Verify stock quantities against computer records.
• Provide cover for holidays/sickness and plan weekly workloads.
• Create a positive environment where colleagues can reach their potential.
