Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a busy warehouse team, streamline goods in/out processes and ensure accurate stock control. You will drive performance, support drivers for timely deliveries and work with management on weekly planning and KPI reporting.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication and a customer-focused approach to keep service levels high within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Goods In, Goods Out, Returns and Stock Control for smooth operations.
• Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Plan and coordinate daily operations, deliveries and weekly plans.
• Ensure stock quantities match system records and resolve discrepancies.
• Support branch management with holidays, sickness cover and KPI reporting.
• Create a positive environment enabling staff to reach their potential.
