Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is recruiting a Warehouse Controller to lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and ensure stock and operations meet sales budgets.

You will manage Goods In/Out/Returns/Stock, plan weekly workloads, and collaborate with Drivers to deliver excellent service while developing the warehouse team and maintaining a positive environment.

This role suits someone with FMCG experience, strong planning, and the ability to stay composed under pressure, delivering efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organisation and performance to ensure smooth running of Goods In, Goods Out, Returns and Stock Control
• Pick and load van/carrier accurately for timely customer delivery
• Check stock quantities against computer systems
• Develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges
• Assist branch manager with holidays/sickness cover, weekly plans, and developing the warehouse team
• Create a positive environment where employees are valued
