Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a System Administrator for Henderson Wholesale in Newtownabbey. The role focuses on maintaining and optimising the Warehouse Management System (Manhattan), ensuring accuracy, data integrity and stock control across inbound and outbound operations.

You will analyse reports, support dispatch, warehouse, transport, customer service and trading teams, and provide cover as required. A 36-hour week with competitive salary and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Third-level qualification in IT/Business/Administration or equivalent (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise the Warehouse Management System (Manhattan).
• Ensure system accuracy, data integrity and stock control across inbound and outbound functions.
• Investigate operational queries, troubleshoot system or equipment issues and support teams.
