Job summary

NXA Talent is seeking a skilled professional to support the configuration, deployment and continuous improvement of the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) across EMEA distribution operations.

You will work closely with Distribution, IT and global Manhattan teams to ensure warehouse systems operate safely and efficiently while supporting AWMS rollouts across the region. Training, testing, issue resolution and process improvements will drive adoption and operational gains.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan AWMS.
• Ability to configure and support warehouse IT systems and workflows.
• Experience coordinating with IT service desks and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, deploy and improve MAWM and related warehouse tech across EMEA.
• Collaborate with Distribution, IT and Manhattan teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Deliver training, contribute to SOPs, and support rollout and testing of AWMS.

The Role:

This role supports the configuration, maintenance, deployment and continuous improvement of the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) and associated warehouse technologies across Acushnet's EMEA distribution operations.

Working closely with Distribution, IT and global Manhattan teams, the role helps ensure warehouse systems and processes operate effectively, safely and consistently while supporting the ongoing rollout of AWMS across EMEA. The role contributes to system enhancements, testing, training, issue resolution and process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and user adoption.

Experience:

• Experience supporting warehouse or distribution system configuration and support within a primarily technology focused background
• Strong understanding of how warehouse operations and IT systems interact
• Experience working closely with IT application support, infrastructure, and integration teams to resolve system, interface, and device-related issues.
• Experience in IT and distribution environments, with understanding of how systems and operations are linkedExperience in IT and distribution environments, with understanding of how systems and operations are linked
• Experience working with IT service desks and ticketing systems, providing structured second-line support and escalation.
• Experience in multi-site or international distribution operations preferred.
• Experience delivering training on site, SOP development, and supporting operational teams.
• Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally Manhattan AWMS, including system testing and deployment activities
