Job summary

STEF Langdons is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a designated warehouse team, ensuring safe, efficient operations and compliant handling of customer goods.

You will oversee receiving, storage and dispatch, uphold quality and food safety standards, and mentor staff to improve performance. A Level 3 Management or equivalent and a current MHE licence are preferred, with experience in WMS and MS Office. This is a full-time, permanent on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team or working towards a Level 3 Management or equivalent qualification.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Up-to-date licence for designated mechanical handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to deliver safe, efficient and consistent performance.
• Oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods with correct temperatures, packaging and labelling.
• Maintain quality, hygiene, and food safety standards and address issues promptly.
• Promote a safe working environment by identifying hazards and ensuring equipment is used safely.
• Resolve operational issues and communicate with colleagues and customers as needed.
• Support management with team cover and deputise when required.
