Job summary

A leading logistics company in the UK is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-performing team. You will be responsible for motivating the team, overseeing operations, and ensuring a safe and compliant warehouse environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in warehouse supervision, hold a Counterbalance FLT licence, and be adept with Warehouse Management Systems. This position offers an attractive salary of up to £27,000 with regular reviews and additional perks that increase with tenure.

Warehouse Supervisor – Hands-On Leader – Growth Opportunities

We’re looking for a hard-working, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who leads from the front and takes pride in running a smooth, efficient operation. If you’re driven, motivated, and ready to build and support a high-performing team, this could be your next step.

You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep operations safe, organised, and on track — while helping push performance and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team
• Oversee all areas: inbound, outbound, cross-dock, pick & pack, and pallet dispatch
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and compliant warehouse environment
• Drive team performance and meet daily KPIs
• Improve warehouse systems, processes, and workflows
• Support same-day delivery operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supervising or leading a warehouse team
• Hands-on, confident, and proactive working style
• Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations & logistics
• Comfortable working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Flexibility to support AM shift when required
• Bonus: experience in a pallet network environment
