Ambitions Personnel is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating workloads, and ensuring safety and accuracy in operations.

You will drive productivity, monitor performance, and deputise for management when needed, with opportunities to develop and progress within a dynamic logistics environment.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff

Warehouse Supervisor / Assistant Team Leader

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Assistant Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation.

2 SHIFT OPTIONS AVAILABLE - 4 ON 4 OFF 6.00AM-18.00PM & MONDAY - FRIDAY 22.00PM-6.00AM

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse leadership experience who enjoys being hands‑on, motivating a team and keeping operations running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the daily running of the warehouse
• Supervising, motivating and coordinating warehouse staff
• Ensuring workloads are completed safely and on time
• Monitoring team performance and helping resolve operational issues
• Supporting staff training, coaching and development
• Managing cover for absence and changing workloads
• Maintaining excellent Health & Safety, HACCP and housekeeping standards
• Helping drive improvements in productivity, quality and customer service
• Deputising for management when required
