Ambitions Personnel is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / Assistant Team Leader to support a busy operation. You will be hands-on, lead a team and ensure smooth daily running in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have warehouse supervisory experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards. This role offers day and night shift options, with 4-on/4-off schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory or team leader experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable meeting deadlines in a busy environment.
• Good communication and PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the daily running of the warehouse.
• Supervise, motivate and coordinate warehouse staff.
• Ensure workloads are completed safely and on time.
• Monitor team performance and resolve operational issues.
• Assist staff training, coaching and development.
• Manage cover for absence and varying workloads.
• Maintain Health & Safety, HACCP and housekeeping standards.
• Drive improvements in productivity, quality and service.
• Depise for management when required.
