Job summary

Premier Work Support is recruiting a permanent Warehouse Supervisor for a logistics company on the outskirts of Basildon, Essex. You will manage and support efficient operational processes, ensuring stock accuracy and compliance with health and safety standards.

The role involves working with customers, suppliers and transport teams, supervising three staff, and conducting regular stock takes while adhering to customer stock procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse manager or supervisory experience.
• Experience operating within a warehouse environment.
• Good computer literacy including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a permanent Warehouse Supervisor for a logistics company based on the outskirts of Basildon, Essex.

As the Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for managing and supporting an effective operational process, whilst ensuring accurate integrity of customers/suppliers stock whilst ensuring that all legislative and regulatory requirements are upheld and the highest standard of health and safety are maintained.

Your duties will include:

• Working alongside customers, suppliers and transport teams
• Warehouse management, goods in and goods out
• Supervising 3 members of staff
• Daily/weekly/monthly stock takes
• Adherence to customer stock and control procedures

Key skills required:

• Previous warehouse manager or supervisory experience
• A professional manner
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Experience operating within a warehouse environment

Hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm however some flexibility may be needed
