Job summary

Premier Work Support are recruiting for a permanent Warehouse Manager/Supervisor for a logistics company near Basildon, Essex. You will manage operations, ensure stock integrity and regulatory compliance while maintaining high health and safety standards.

The role involves collaborating with customers, suppliers and transport teams, supervising three staff, overseeing goods in/out and regular stock takes, and enforcing customer stock procedures. Mon-Fri 7am-5pm with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse manager or supervisory experience
• Professional demeanor
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Experience operating within a warehouse environment

As the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor you will be responsible for managing and supporting an effective operational process, whih ensures accurate integrity of customers/suppliers stock whilst ensuring that all legislative and regulatory requirements are upheld and the highest standard of health and safety are maintained.

Your duties will include:

• Working alongside customers, suppliers and transport teams
• Warehouse management, goods in and goods out
• Supervising 3 members of staff
• Daily/weekly/monthly stock takes
• Adherence to customer stock and control procedures

Key skills required:

• Previous warehouse manager or supervisory experience
• A professional manner
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm however some flexibility may be needed
