Job summary

Thrive International in Basingstoke is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy fulfilment site. You will manage goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch while driving accuracy, timelines and team performance. The role is on-site with a standard schedule and opportunities to improve processes.

The ideal candidate has warehouse supervisory experience, strong leadership and clear communication. FLT/MHE licence is a bonus, and you will contribute to a safe, efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including goods-in, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Hit daily/weekly targets and SLAs.
• Motivate and support warehouse team.
• Ensure stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate transport and couriers to meet deadlines.
• Uphold health and safety on the floor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, efficient workspace.

What You'll Be Doing

• Run day-to-day operations: goods-in, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch
• Hit daily and weekly order targets and SLAs
• Lead, motivate and support your warehouse team
• Keep stock accurate and sort out any discrepancies
• Coordinate transport and couriers to hit dispatch deadlines
• Champion health & safety on the floor
• Keep things safe, tidy and running smoothly
