Job summary

Premier Work Support is recruiting a permanent Warehouse Supervisor for a logistics company on the outskirts of Basildon, Essex. You will manage and support efficient operational processes, ensuring stock accuracy and compliance with health and safety standards.

The role involves working with customers, suppliers and transport teams, supervising three staff, and conducting regular stock takes while adhering to customer stock procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse manager or supervisory experience.
• Experience operating within a warehouse environment.
• Good computer literacy including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside customers, suppliers and transport teams.
• Warehouse management, goods in and goods out.
• Supervising 3 members of staff.
• Daily/weekly/monthly stock takes.
• Adherence to customer stock and control procedures.
