Job summary

GXO is hiring a Warehouse First Line Manager for the Halfords contract at the Crick site, Northampton. You will support the Shift Manager in running the warehouse shift efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources and delivering first-class customer service while driving engagement and continuous improvement.

You’ll lead a team, manage performance, and organise workloads across a 5-from-6 shift pattern (05:30–14:00 and 13:30–22:00).

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and distribute tasks to maximise efficiency.
• Maintain and communicate operational procedures and system knowledge.
