GXO is hiring a Warehouse First Line Manager for the Halfords contract at the Crick site, Northampton. You will support the Shift Manager in running the warehouse shift efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources and delivering first-class customer service while driving engagement and continuous improvement.
You’ll lead a team, manage performance, and organise workloads across a 5-from-6 shift pattern (05:30–14:00 and 13:30–22:00).

This is a full time, permanent position, working on an any 5 from 6 shift pattern. The hours will rotate weekly between 05:30 to 14:00 and 13:30 to 22:00.
Pay, benefits and more: You'll be paid a salary of up to £33,475 per annum. You'll also receive 33 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
