GXO Logistics, Inc invites applications for a Warehouse First Line Manager at the Crick site, Northampton, on a permanent full-time basis. You will support the Shift Manager and drive efficient use of resources to deliver top-tier customer service in a fast-paced warehouse.

We're looking foraWarehouse First Line Managerto join us at our Halfords contract, at our site in Crick, Northampton. You'll support the Shift Manager in the efficient running of the warehouse shift, ensuring optimum use of resources to deliver first class customer service. Taking a proactive approach to enhancing employee engagement and their development, you'll drive forward a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a full time, permanent position, working on an any 5 from 6 shift pattern. The hours will rotate weekly between 05:30 to 14:00 and 13:30 to 22:00.
You'll be paid a salary of up to £33,475 per annum.
