Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. at Northampton DC7 is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a busy warehouse operation, drive productivity, and meet service level targets across the area. You will allocate labour, monitor performance and coach the team to sustain high engagement and performance.

Join a fast-paced, shared-user warehouse; work full-time across 5 from 7 with PM 14:00–22:00 and night 22:00–06:00 shifts. GXO offers a pension, life assurance and a benefits platform with retail discounts.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven experience leading warehouse teams in fast-paced ops.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to engage colleagues.
• Experience using WMS and analyzing performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring productivity and targets.
• Allocate labour and resources to meet changing demands and SLAs.

• Utilise WMS and reports to track performance and drive improvements.
