We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operator to support goods handling and inventory operations within our GMP pharmaceutical facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials safely and efficiently while maintaining full compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Counterbalance to load, unload, and move materials.
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against delivery notes.
  • Pick, pack, and issue materials to production in line with GMP procedures.
  • Maintain stock accuracy through regular checks and system updates.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with H&S and GMP requirements.
  • Support cycle counting and inventory investigations as required.
Requirements
  • Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential).
  • Previous warehouse or materials handling experience, ideally in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, safety‑focused approach.
