Holland & Barrett is seeking Warehouse Operatives for our Burton Distribution Centre. You will pick, store, and dispatch products with a strong focus on accuracy and safety, using handheld devices and working as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and stock checks.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• Collaborative team player with reliability and responsibility.
• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience or certification is desirable where relevant.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately against customer orders using handheld devices and pick lists.
• Put stock away in the correct warehouse locations.
• Check product codes, quantities, batch numbers and expiry dates where required.
• Operate across AutoStore inbound and outbound stations.
• Handle warehouse equipment safely following training and procedures.
• Help meet productivity, accuracy and service targets.
• Report damaged equipment, stock issues or health and safety concerns.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, tidy, organised and safe.
