Job summary

Holland & Barrett is recruiting Warehouse Operatives at the Burton Distribution Centre to keep products moving. This permanent role is 40 hours per week with night shifts and pays £13.69 per hour.

You’ll be involved in receiving, storing, picking and dispatching goods safely and accurately, working alongside a supportive team. You will operate handheld devices, follow clear instructions and strive for high standards in accuracy and efficiency, contributing to on-time deliveries and smooth

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliability and responsibility for your work.
• Experience using a handheld scanner or warehouse management system would be helpful but isn’t essential.
• Forklift experience or certification is desirable where relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately against customer orders using handheld devices and pick lists.
• Put stock away in the correct warehouse locations.
• Check product codes, quantities, batch numbers and expiry or best-before dates where required.
• Work across AutoStore inbound and outbound stations.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely following training and procedures.
• Help meet productivity, accuracy and service targets.
• Report damaged equipment, stock issues or health and safety concerns.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, tidy, organised and safe.

Intro

Ready to play an important part in keeping our products moving?We're looking for a number of Warehouse Operatives to join our busy team at our Burton Distribution Centre.

You'll play an important part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly, making sure products are received, stored, picked and dispatched safely and accurately. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll help get the right products to the right place, on time, while maintaining high standards across our operation.
