Holland & Barrett is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager at our Burton Distribution Centre to lead a safe, efficient and fast‑paced operation. You will coach, plan and use performance data to drive improvements across the shift.

Two working patterns are available: rotational shifts or permanent night shifts, with generous benefits and a focus on wellbeing. Join a team delivering for stores and customers every day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in warehouse/logistics.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in ops.
• Experience using KPIs and data to improve performance.
• Confidence with workforce planning and coaching.
• Experience supporting investigations and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safety-first culture and ensure safe practices and standards are followed.
• Provide visible leadership across your shift, coaching and communicating with colleagues.
• Plan resources and manage daily activity to hit targets.
• Lead shift meetings and handovers using KPIs to guide priorities.
• Manage operational risks, incidents and safety/compliance processes.
• Support attendance, performance and other people processes fairly.
• Build relationships across Warehouse, Transport, Planning and support teams.
• Champion continuous improvement and embed positive change across the DC.
