Job summary
Holland & Barrett's Burton Distribution Centre is seeking Warehouse Operatives to help keep stock moving, receiving, storing, picking and dispatching products safely and accurately. You will work with a supportive team to ensure the right products reach the right place on time, while maintaining high standards across the operation.
Joining a collaborative team, you will follow written and verbal instructions, develop good organisation and time-management skills, and be reliable.
Qualifications
- No formal degree required; training provided.
- Experience with handheld scanners desirable but not essential.
- Forklift experience desirable where relevant.
Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately against orders using handheld devices.
- Store stock in correct locations.
- Check product codes, quantities, and expiry dates.
- Operate at AutoStore inbound/outbound stations.
- Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
- Maintain clean and safe warehouse areas.
- Meet productivity, accuracy and service targets.
- Work well as part of a team.
