Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant in Bath for 15 hours per week at £13.7 per hour. The role focuses on delivering welcoming customer experiences, helping shoppers find the right wellness products, and supporting promotions in a busy store environment.

You’ll be part of a large team, with flexible shifts and opportunities to learn through our training, wellbeing benefits, and staff discounts.

• Recommending products with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend products, whether in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.

2-3 working days per week. Ideally, you'll be available to work flexibly across Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with occasional availability for early delivery shifts on Monday and Wednesday mornings. We have a large team, so working days and shifts can be flexible and may vary from those advertised to accommodate the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
