Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Store Manager in New Milton to lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial performance across the store.

You’ll coach colleagues through our Qualified to Advise training, oversee stock and merchandising, and ensure health and safety standards while embracing technology to boost efficiency. The role includes a monthly bonus, generous holiday and wellbeing benefits.
