Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Salisbury is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager, coach colleagues, develop product knowledge and ensure the right products are available.

The role is permanent, part-time (25 hours per week) with an 8:45am-5pm opening shift and 11am-7pm closing shift plus Sunday 10am-4pm. The company offers a wide range of wellbeing perks and benefits.

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
