Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy store, support the Store Manager, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll coach colleagues, grow product knowledge and ensure availability and visual merchandising standards.

This permanent, part-time role is 20 hours per week at £15.09 per hour, with weekend cover as needed. You’ll join a health-focused team that offers 28 days holiday, Wellhub membership, and employee support programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, capable of leading and inspiring others.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with colleagues and customers.
• Passion for health and wellness with curiosity to learn product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to make decisions in a busy store.
• Comfort with using digital tools to support customers and store ops.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with additional weekend availability to provide management cover during periods of annual leave.

What you'll be doing
