Holland & Barrett is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager at our Burton Distribution Centre to lead a safe, efficient and fast‑paced operation. You will coach, plan and use performance data to drive improvements across the shift.

Two working patterns are available: rotational shifts or permanent night shifts, with generous benefits and a focus on wellbeing. Join a team delivering for stores and customers every day.

Ready to lead from the floor and help keep one of Holland & Barrett's key distribution operations moving?

As aWarehouse Team Manager, you'll lead warehouse colleagues through a safe, efficient and fast-paced operation, helping us deliver for our stores and customers every day.

You’ll combine visible, hands‑on leadershipwith smart planning, coaching and performance management - creating an environment where people can do their best work while continuously improving how we operate.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead a safety-first culture, ensuring safe working practices and operational standards are followed.
• Provide visible leadership across your shift, supporting, coaching and communicating with warehouse colleagues.
• Plan resources and manage daily activity to deliver operational and customer service targets.
• Lead shift meetings and handovers, using KPIs and performance information to guide priorities.
• Manage operational risks, incidents and relevant safety and compliance processes.
• Support attendance, performance and other people processes fairly and consistently.
• Build effective relationships across Warehouse, Transport, Planning and support teams.
• Champion continuous improvement and help embed positive change across the Distribution Centre.

What you’ll bring

• Experience managing teams within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements within an operational environment.
• Experience using KPIs and operational data to improve performance.
• Confidence in workforce planning, performance management and coaching.
• Experience supporting investigations and operational incidents.
• An understanding of transport operations.
• Clear, inclusive communication and the ability to build effective working relationships.

Working arrangement

This is an on-site role at our Burton Distribution Centre, with two working patterns available:

• Rotational shifts: Working 5 days over 7, including weekend working. Shifts operate Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, with a rotational pattern across working days and AM and PM shifts.
• Permanent night shifts: Sunday to Thursday on a static night shift. Colleagues working the permanent night shift receive a 10% night shift allowance.
• 33 days' holiday, including bank holidays.
