Culina Group is currently hiring a Warehouse Operative to load and unload goods in a chilled environment, following site policies and procedures. You will ensure documentation for inbound and dispatch loads is correct and up to date.

You will also report faults, keep loads secure, and work to productivity targets while adhering to Health & Safety policies, SSOWs and HACCP regulations as part of a committed team.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload products in line with company policies.
• Complete correct documentation for inbound and dispatch loads.
• Report trailer or MHE faults and manage VOR vehicles as directed.
• Maintain accuracy in picking and assembling goods as instructed.
• Secure dispatch loads prior to leaving loading bay.
• Meet productivity targets and maintain required standards.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies, SSOWs and HACCP regulations.

Job Description

• To ensure you load/unload product strictly in line with the Company's policies and procedures.
• To ensure the correct documentation is completed for all inbound and dispatch loads.
• Reporting any trailer or MHE faults in line with Company procedures and ensuring VOR vehicles are placed in the designated areas.
• To remain vigilant in ensuring goods are picked and assembled accurately as per instructions.
• To ensure dispatched loads are properly secured prior to leaving the loading bay.
• To reach and maintain the standards required to meet the Company's productivity targets.
• Ensure all practices and procedures are safely carried out in line with the Company’s Health & Safety policy, SSOWs and HACCP regulations, where appropriate, and to challenge colleagues who fail to adhere to any such rules or regulations.
• Ensure customer returns are received, recorded and notified to the appropriate Stock Controller

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment
• Experience of working within an environment where achieving deadlines and quality of work are critical
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
• Conscientious and reliable nature
• Positivate 'can do' attitude
