You will work across warehouse areas using handheld tech to process orders, manage stock and support daily targets, delivering high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick stock using handheld scanning technology.
• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all specific requirements are met.
• Dispatch orders in line with agreed specifications and delivery standards.
• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through careful handling and recording.
• Adhere to all company processes, procedures, and operational standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations, including PPE use.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure SLAs are achieved.
• Support the team to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.
• Carry out any other duties as reasonably assigned.

About the role

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be part of our fast-paced Operations team, helping to make sure our customers’ orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across different areas of the warehouse, using our systems and handheld technology to process orders, manage stock and keep everything moving. You’ll work closely with the wider team to hit daily targets, maintain high standards and deliver the level of service our customers expect.

What you'll do
